Larry Pellegrini Joins GH USA Godfrey Hirst would like to welcome Larry Pellegrini to the Godfrey Hirst USA team. Larry is based in Florida and has taken on the role of Eastern Regional Sales Manager, managing all of the sales activity carried out by our agents throughout the Eastern half of the country. Godfrey Hirst Australia Achieves ISO14001 Accreditation On February 27, 2009, Godfrey Hirst Australia were assessed and registered by TQCS International Pty Ltd as having the capability to control the environmental systems associated with its operations, under an environmental management system complying with the requirements of ISO140001: 2004.The registration covers the manufacturing of carpets and carpet tiles for the domestic and international markets from wool and synthetic raw materials.

Godfrey Hirst Carpets purchases Feltex
Two of the largest carpet manufacturers in the Australasian market are now one company. Godfrey Hirst Carpets has purchased the assets of Feltex Carpets, the largest New Zealand carpet manufacturer effective November 1, 2006. Feltex was established in 1921 and evolved into a carpet manufacturer in the 1940’s. Feltex was approximately the same size as Godfrey Hirst in yearly sales volume. With the purchase of Feltex, Godfrey Hirst will be able to expand its operations into not only tufted carpet products, but also axminster and wiltons. |
